This position is located in our MD, Frederick facility
Resopnsible for various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forcasting, and analysis.
Collect and review financial data from various sources.
Create, maintain, and update financial databases and spreadsheets, and generate various financial reports as required.
Analyze assigned contracts projected staff hours, contract totals, revenues, and profit totals.
Maintain appropriate records and documentation.
Support assigned managers in managing, tracking, monitoring, and reporting financial data as requested.
Participate in the preparation of cost proposals.
Conduct audits and analysis of the organization's direct and indirect costs, and review their practices and procedures, ensuring labor and non-labor charges are approved, allowable, and processed in a timely manner.
Risk identification and recovery responsibilities as required.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as DAR, FAR, SOX and other government regulations.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Participate in special projects as required.
Requires BS/BA degree.
Requires 2-5 years experience.
Experience with Costpoint, Oracle Financial Systems, Hyperion, and Microsoft Office Suite.
