Primary Purpose: This position will consult, coordinate, and administer various aspects of international assignments, international compensation, benefits, and immigration in order to ensure that Coach’s international programs are successful in attracting, retaining and motivating our global workforce.





The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in these areas...


  • International Assignment Services:

    • Consult with HR Generalists regarding employees on international short term, long term assignments and frequent traveler cases.
    • Coordinate/administer assignments by preparing cost estimates and assignment letters; pre-departure orientations; submit appropriate government applications and change of status paperwork.
    • Provide customer service support to expatriates/repatriates.
    • Maintain document database containing expatriate and third country national data.
    • Forecast assignment renewals and localizations.
    • Coordinate bi-monthly and monthly payrolls for US expatriates.
    • Process international tax payments. Assist with Tax Equalization processing, and year-end tax season.
    • Assist with annual housing allowance review.
    • Execute assignment compensation updates on a monthly basis.

  • International Compensation and Benefits:

    • Provide customer service to Canadian employees on Benefits matters. Administer local Canadian country benefits.
    • Coordinate annual cyclical events, for example, compensation planning and year end review.
    • Maintain database of international compensation, benefits, immigration and employment law documents.
    • Maintain accurate data in HRIS system.
    • Partner with payroll, HRIS and overseas HR partners to ensure appropriate system interfaces.



  • Immigration:

    • Consult with HR Generalists on US and foreign based immigration cases.
    • Provide customer service support to employees.
    • Coordinate with outside legal counsel to process new visas, visa renewals and green cards (primarily PERM) cases from inception to close of case.
    • Forecast and budget visa renewal and green card cases.
    • Maintain immigration files and databases.
    • Monthly presentation to in house legal partner.
    • Keep apprised of changes to immigration law and inform Generalists, when applicable.
    • Work with internal partners on I-9 maintenance for retail employees with EAD cards.



  • Budget/Invoices:

    • Process invoices.
    • Maintain invoice tracking databases.
    • Assist in preparing annual budget and monthly accruals.

  • Ad-hoc projects, reports, presentations and other duties as assigned

An outstanding professional will have...


  • BA/BS degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in expatriate services and immigration.
  • International compensation and benefits experience a plus.
