RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide ongoing LIMS maintenance activities such as product builds/ modifications, LIMS printer maintenance, LIMS folders builds, ad hoc queries, crystal report builds/modifications, electronic data reporting, interface maintenance, etc.
• Administration of user accounts (new, deleted, modified users roles), monitoring password failures/ lockout administration, etc.
• Develop and Provide new user training materials as well as ongoing technical support for site (re-trainings, troubleshooting, etc.).
• Responsible for implementing changes following spec/method changes in LIMS and required change controls for LIMS system
• Routine checks for login from SAP to ensure all samples are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved by manual SAP/LIMS entry if necessary in a timely fashion.
• Responsible for building tests/ calculations in LIMS and verifying accuracy through executed qualification protocols
• Electronic/standard forms generation and updates
• Authors and maintains appropriate SOPs relating to LIMS as required (General use, activities, security, etc.)
• Key driver of LIMS/Empower interface project team; Key driver of LIMS/ ancillary equipment interface project teams; Key driver of LIMS stability module and SSII migration of data
• Electronic notebooks development and maintenance Assist with related technical equipment issues as required
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma and 2 years of related experience.
