BAE Systems, Advanced Information Technology, is looking for an Analytic Technologist who is interested in "thinking outside of the box" and working to make advanced research capabilities and concepts operational. Qualified candidates must have both a strong analytic and a strong technological background. The qualified candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between analytic problems and technological solutions. The position requires analysis, data manipulation and programming within a highly complex computing environment using a wide range of tools and technologies. The individual should expect to participate in teams that will develop innovative solutions to Intelligence Hard problems. Applicants selected must have an active Top Secret government security clearance with SCI and Lifestyle Polygraph.

Qualified candidates must have the following:
BS or MS degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, mathematics, or related technical field
3-5 years of experience in software development required
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly analytic and technical concepts with technical and analytic members of the project respectively.
Ability to break down analytic problems into answerable questions that can be solved through computer processes.
Ability to do hands on computer analysis including data identification, data ETL, data manipulation, data analysis and presentation of results.
Programming experience with: SQL, Python or PERL, Java Experience with other languages such as C++, C# or Smalltalk preferred
