Global Cosmetic Manufacturer, innovative and creative in the development and manufacture of cosmetic products, seeking Analytical Lab Technician, 2nd shift, for its facility in Rockland County. 

Position Purpose: 

    Carry out in-process quality control testing as per prescribed test methods.

Esssential Functions and Basic Duties:

    Organize testing to be completed on materials entering the Analytical lab.        

    Execute appropriate testing and provide results.

    Organize and prepare retains.

    Investigate any non-conformances generated by Lab.

    Prepare information for supervisor and other related parties.

Qualifications/Skills: 

    BS in Chemistry or related field.

    Knowledge of Analytical instrumentation, HPLC, Testing of Cosmetics.

    2-5 Years experience.

    Possess organization, communication and interpersonal skills.

    Demonstrate initiative and be proactive. 

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work independently.

    Detail oriented.
