We are actively recruiting for a major Automotive client in the Detroit area

 

Director of Analytics

 

• Leads the Analytics team and activities 
• Accountable for analytics team enabling measurement and analytics through proper tagging and tracking mechanisms and coding (Omniture) and performs basic measurement reporting to drive further CAOR analytics 
• Ambassador for ROI and accountability 
• Defines MIS reports and data requirements as needed 
• Ensure Quality Assurance of data and reports 
• Support development of marketing performance reporting & analysis/evaluations 
• Provide on-going Campaign evaluation and measurement support 
• Test Design and Evaluation 
• Design and lead the development of Standard reporting 
• Reports to Executive Lead 

 

Data/Analytics Manager

• Enables measurement and analytics through proper tagging and tracking mechanisms and coding (Omniture) and performs basic measurement reporting to drive further CAOR analytics 
• Functional expertise with analytics, campaign measurement and reporting for new media, interactive marketing and web channels 
• Manage various external vendors: online content management, data analysis, research tools, 3rd party ad server, offline  response and telemarketing vendors 
• Strong analytical skills, must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting internet-related data client databases 
• Knowledge of trigger marketing programs, statistical modeling techniques, segmentation, lifetime value and ROI  
• Must be able to distill information and key insights from various data sets 
• Development of business case and investment scenario analysis to drive marketing decision making 
• Expertise and experience with SAS 

 

Senior Analyst

• Enables measurement and analytics through proper tagging and tracking mechanisms and coding (Omniture) and performs basic measurement reporting to drive further CAOR analytics 
• Functional knowledge with analytics, campaign measurement and reporting for new media, interactive marketing and web channels 
• Strong analytical skills, must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting internet-related data client databases 
• Knowledge of trigger marketing programs, statistical modeling techniques, segmentation, lifetime value and ROI  
• Distill information and key insights from various data sets 
• Strong working knowledge and experience wiith SAS 
• Highly quantitative background (degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Mathematics)  
• Experience with analytical tools such as Omniture, Visual Sciences, and SQL 
• Apply quantitative methods to analyze and interpret information from multiple data sources 
• Understanding of marketing principles 
• Complete comfort with mainframe and personal computer environment 
• Agency background preferred, candidates with media or direct marketing background encouraged to apply 
• 3 - 5+ years at a client or agency, in an interactive or database marketing role 
• Reports to Analytics Director
