Our Analytics line of
business is seeking quantitative critical thinkers with strong project
management and leadership skills to join our practice.  We have immediate openings for Associates who
will own and manage overall projects end-to-end, provide insight and analysis
by developing models and frameworks to understand business issues and predict
outcomes, and lead internal and client teams to ensure quality deliverables and
project outcomes.



 



What
will you do as a MarketBridge Associate?



Project Management — Own all or
part of a client engagement, in tandem with a Principal and/or Vice President
and the client.  It's your primary
responsibility to deliver valuable and timely results. You will manage the
timelines, budget and high-quality execution of individual projects and lead
day-to-day project and client management under the direction of a Vice
President or Principal. Other responsibilities include end-to-end project management,
from: scoping to design, research and analysis to development of
recommendations and presentation development.



 



Team Leadership — Provide leverage to
senior members of the client team by establishing complete project ownership.
You'll provide intellectual and task leadership to the team by drawing on your
professional experience and client knowledge. It will be your responsibility to
motivate, develop, and challenge all members of your project team.



 



Client Relations — Assume
responsibility for day-to-day management of the client and the team, with the
assistance of a Vice President or Principal. 
You will clarify and manage expectations, limiting work that falls
outside the scope of the project as defined in the proposal and ad hoc changes
as a result of day-to-day client interaction. 
While you are the point person for project updates and final deliverables,
your ability to build and sustain strategic relationships with key client
stakeholders is also essential.



 





What do we expect of Associates at MarketBridge?

Manage
the day to day of client expectations and project deliverables



  • Partner with client teams in
    developing hypotheses, gathering data, brainstorming alternatives, and
    generating recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with MarketBridge team members
  • Integrate broad sets of data into
    frameworks which can then be used to synthesize findings and develop
    strategy
  • Determine the appropriate
    analysis techniques and drive the analysis of existing and new customer
    data
  • Deliver sales and marketing
    insight related to specific accounts, industry verticals, and solutions
  • Expand existing
    and develop new relationships within existing clients
  • Develop junior MarketBridge team members by
    teaching and coaching them in areas such as strategy formulation, team and
    client interactions, and research design and analysis


 



Educational & Experience Requirements



Successful candidates will
have an MBA or advanced degree and the ability to meet each of the following
criteria:



·        
3-5
years of applicable experience in consulting, marketing, engineering,
econometrics, or think tank work



·        
Project
and client management experience



·        
Experience
in sales and marketing (preferred)



·        
Ability
to work independently in an unstructured environment



·        
Solid
grasp of statistics and mathematics, and an ability to apply understanding to
diverse business problems



·        
Strong
knowledge and experience in business strategy, marketing, finance, operations,
and quantitative analysis methods



·        
Exceptional
written and oral communication and presentation skills
