Technical Service Department Territory Manager
1. Perform PM service on assigned accounts during each month. Assignments given on the 1st of the month must be turned in by the last day of the month.
- All PM services performed in accordance with manufacturers recommended PM guidelines and with training from Department Manager
- Clean machines - account should know you have been there
- review all assigned paper work
- Perform at least three PM or service calls each day
2. Perform service calls as dispatched by the office
- Emergency calls should be answered within 30 minutes.
- Machine service should be completed within 24 hours of initial call
3. Fill out service records for all service calls
- All forms to be filled out completely
- Each service performed requires its own form
- Return appropriate copies to office in a timely manner
4. Inventory
- Maintain complete car stock
- Part numbers and descriptions must be entered for each part.
- be familiar with most used parts and reference guides
5. Communication with office and customers
- Office hours are 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. - technician must be available during those hours.
- 24 hour call is rotated among technicians weekly. When on call you must receive and respond to customer calls immediately.
- Contact customers for scheduling visits.
- Be familiar with account locations and equipment to be serviced
