Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Application Developer for its client in Lester, PA.

Job Description:
- Responsible for the full Software Management Lifecycle including the design, development and support of multiple applications across various departments within R&S and Coke Business Lines.
- This individual will be required to understand customers’ business needs and complex heterogeneous environments and think outside the box to identify or define elegant solutions to improve productivity.
- Will be required to design and develop service-oriented solutions for n-tier applications, primarily for Web-based distributed systems using the Microsoft .Net framework. This includes flawless project execution while meeting time and budget constraints.
Qualification:
- A Microsoft developer with 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, Microsoft development tools, and application design and development.
- Knowledge of and experience with a broad range of application Servers, Web Servers, messaging Servers, database Servers, and related technologies.
- Strong object-oriented background with agile development experience.
- Strong experience with application architectures and standards (SOA, N-tier, Visual Basic .Net, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, SOA, MS 2008 Team Foundation Server, SQL Server 2000/2005.
- Excellent communications, consulting, and client relationship skills. Must be able to clearly communicate complex technical and business concepts, both to clients and to team members.
- Ability to rapidly develop in the Microsoft tools set to solve business requirements as well as being able to support previously developed .Net applications.
Required Skills:
- SQL Editors: PL/SQL Developer, SQL+, SQL Navigator; Citrix Metaframe, JavaScript, VB.Net, C#.Net
