RemedyMD, Inc. is an exciting and rapidly growing medical software company located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Our founders have helped build a variety of innovative companies, including Oracle, Intel, and TenFold. We are seeking an excellent application developer/system administrator to help us configure a suite of innovative software products for healthcare.

This position entails both mid-level technical knowledge of the development environments, tools, databases, and application servers as well as the strategic knowledge of how the whole system works to satisfy customer needs, including workflow, usability, interactivity, and special needs.  We seek candidates with an ability to fundamentally grasp how our complex system works at both the technical and strategic levels and build interactive applications to solve real healthcare problems.

Responsibilities include the ability to understand and use tools that support the creation and design of electronic data capture forms, reports and personalizable dashboards. 

We will train you to use our RemedyMD Configure™ application to rapidly create electronic data registry forms, dashboards, and reports for end-users.   Experience using configuration technology will be highly valuable.   You will also be responsible for enhancing and fixing defects within the applications.

While no actual coding or HTML experience is required to create the electronic data forms, a basic knowledge and understanding of web-based applications tools such as, JavaScript and HTML is a plus to have for a quick understanding of the RemedyMD applications and tool sets to easily understand the structure of the underlying forms and effects on reporting results. 

Previous database aptitude and experience of SQL is highly desirable.  Moderate expertise in Microsoft Excel and or Microsoft Access is required.

Requirements

• Proficiency and experience with basic data management tools such as MS Excel and MS Access, FoxPro, etc.
  
• Exposure to JavaScript and HTML.  
  
• Form development a plus
  
• Report building experience a plus
  
• A bachelors or associates degree in Information Systems or equivalent preferred (a degree in computer science is not required)
  
• Ability to demonstrate prior projects utilizing your skills listed above. You must be able to "hit the ground running" with minimal training time.
