Modis is seeking experienced Application Development Manager for one of their clients
Our Client, Located in Valley Forge, PA; is the leader in their Industry.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate all development activities across the development groups within a project.
Manage the activities of 10 or more Java Developers.
Assure the team meets all development standards and policies as defined by Development Management.
Ensure the team receives approvals for design, code review, architectural approval and respective Development Change Board approvals.
Assist with mentoring new developers on development process and methodology.
Drive the technical solution through requirements, design, development, test and deployment.
Signoff point on all technical designs
Required Experience & Skills
ü 5 plus years of experience managing Java Developers
ü Experience with Agile methodology is strongly preferred
ü Experience leading Spring MVC(preferred) / Apache Struts Web Application Frameworks is desired
ü Strong verbal and written communication skills
