FDM is seeking to employ a number of high caliber college graduates with the drive to work in software development, who will be trained through the award-winning FDM Academy Program to become professional Java Developers.
Successful candidates will receive intense technical training (approximately 17 weeks) in Java EE and related technologies and will be employed by FDM as Java Developers for a minimum of two years.
Once trained, our Java Developers will represent FDM on client sites as IT Consultants, supporting our clients’ software development requirements. Fast-track career progression is key at FDM and this program will put candidates on a path that could lead into Senior Development, Systems Design or Technical Team Leader roles.
Qualified applicants will possess an IT, numeric or science related degree, have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate the potential to build successful careers in IT development. Priority will be given to applicants willing to be geographically flexible throughout the US.
