POSITION PURPOSE:
Provides application support by telephone and on-site to customers, answering questions on function and usage of product, best practices, and ensure they are aware of most recent enhancements. Possesses thorough knowledge of company's products and other applications used by customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides application support by telephone and on-site to customers. Conducts System Evaluation to determine client workflows, documents, and procedures to verify proper product usage and efficiencies. Ensure customer is aware of most recent enhancements. Assist in managing projects as outlined by customer to ensure successful completion, understanding, and usage. Serve as escalation point to customer for any outstanding items. Handle client calls and issues involving moderately complex technical issues.
- New Client Installations: Involves walking client through setup and procedures.
- Conduct regional seminar for customers in territory.
- Propose products to Clients that would enhance Clients' productivity.
- Provide advice or analysis that may influence the outcome of resource allocation or disposition.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or related field required. Equivalent work experience may be substituted.
Job Related Experience: Minimum of five years’ work-related experience. Must be able to make decisions and resolve problems using experience and professional judgement.
Functional Area Skills/Knowledge: Has an overall understanding of the work environment and process, with a working knowledge of the organization and intermediate technical skills required to complete assignments. Strong analytical problem solving ability and communications skills. Ability to make group presentations and conduct training either in a one-on-one or small group setting. A good working knowledge of personal computers, including hardware and software. Ability to travel (60%). Strong writing skills with special attention to managing multiple outstanding items at one time.
