EFC Systems, a Nashville based technology organization, has an immediate need for an experienced Application Support Representative to support a Point-of-Sale (POS) system and other business related applications in a Microsoft/SQL environment.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year support activity in a corporate environment and must have a good working knowledge of POS/accounting applications, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and great desktop navigation skills.  Only candidates with one year of application support experience working with financial applications need apply.

·         The ability to travel throughout TN 1-3 days per month, with most travel being day trips

·         The ability to create reports using Crystal Reports and/or Microsoft Access is a plus

·         We need an individual that is ready to make things happen and instigate the support needs of our clients rather than waiting to be told what to do
