Applications System Analyst/Programmer, Intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Independently perform requirements analysis activities to implement complex data warehouse solutions
• Design, development, testing and tuning of data transformation and loading processes utilizing SQL SERVER BIDS
• Design, development, testing and tuning reports utilizing SSRS
• Establish, update, and maintain ETL process from EPIC Chronicles to Clarity and from Clarity to the Data Warehouse using the Clarity console
• Development and maintenance of processes to ensure data quality
• Provide maintenance and off-hours support for the data warehouse and reporting environments

Skills and Experience:

• Strong requirements analysis, data analysis and critical thinking skills to assess needs, requirements or issues and determine appropriate course of action
• Extensive experience architecting data warehouse solutions using SQL Server
• Strong SQL, SQL Server 2005 BIDS skills
• Experience with Business Objects
• Good communication and consultative skills
• Health Care experience, especially with Epic/Clarity, desirable
