Munters Corporation, the global leader in state-of-the-art air treatment technology, currently has an immediate opportunity for an Applications Analyst in its Amesbury, MA operation.

Job description:

·         Acquire an in depth knowledge of the company’s business systems, to perform role of liaison between the application developers and end users to satisfy the business needs through use of technology and software applications

·         Work on a technical team to assist users to deploy applications   

·         Train users on business critical applications

·         Project Manage the integration of business locations into the deployed software applications

·         Collaborate with technical team, for the development and maintenance of the business systems  

        Duties:

·         Work as part of a team to support all aspects of the business system, in the Americas locations

·         Support a variety of users with their ERP needs and provide support for continuous improvement of the business’s use of software applications

·         Responsible, as part of a team, to continuously improve process flows

·         Collaborate with a variety of developers and technical personnel, on a variety of tools used with and support of the business applications

·         Work with the applications supplier to stay current with patches and upgrades to the system

·         Assist Oracle DBA with database maintenance and improvements

·         Assist development team with data mining and report development needs

·         Document system, users, business and environment changes

Position requirements:

·         Bachelors degree in business (preferably finance or accounting) or related area

·         Minimum of five years experience, with implementing financial and operational business systems

·         Strong problem solving, communication, teamwork and analytical skills

·         Ability to collaborate with variety of technical and non technical personnel

·         Occasional travel within the US as projects require
