The Mentor Network is a rapidly growing human service
provider looking for an ambitious and energetic team player to be part of the
Information Technology team. In
this position, you will have the opportunity to work with the company’s
Oracle-based systems in providing operational and technological solutions in
response to business requirements.
Responsibilities Include:
- Working with the Project Manager to develop technology and
process solutions to support company initiatives. - Provide functional and technical application support to the
primarily to the Payroll user community.
This position will also assist in supporting the other Oracle
application users (Finance, Human Resources) - Provide functional and technical support of the Kronos
environment. - Work with the development team to design, write, test and
document required programming code based on business requirements. - Knowledge sharing of functional and technical information
with other team members. - Estimate the levels of effort to accomplish various projects
and tasks. - Successful at meeting established deadlines and project
goals. - Perform application setup of key criteria, rules and other
key components.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years technical expertise of the Oracle Payroll
application - Minimum of 2 years supporting a Kronos environment
(Teletime, Work Force Central) - Experience supporting Oracle Financial applications is
desired - Strong understanding and experience using Oracle technical
tools including Forms, Reports, SQL Plus - Strong Understanding and SQL and PL/SQL.
- Knowledge of report writers is desired (Crystal Reports)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Customer service attitude is a must.
- Ability to work as an individual or in a team environment.
- Experienced using Word, Excel
