Description: Under the general supervision of the Application System Manager, provide analysis and programming to assist in the selection, implementation and ongoing support of application software including all interfaces necessary.
Requirements: - Proven experience in the implementation, training and maintenance of systems supporting Development and Fundraising functions.
- Blackbaud Raiser's Edge experience required.
- Expertise with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and Query.
- Must have a solid understanding of the business needs of Development with the ability to analyze and document existing processes.
- Ability to identify areas for process improvement and advocate for best practice adoption.
- Experience should demonstrate high level of written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively lead multi-disciplinary work teams assigned to complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems and follow through to completion.
Equivalent to Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field required.
