Applications Engineer

This Rockford, IL Company is seeking an Applications Engineer for a 6 month contract to permanent opportunity. This Applications Engineer will be responsible for ordering CNC machine tools for customer components. This individual will work directly with customers to resolve any issues with the product. This Applications Engineer will conduct time studies to determine which CNC Machine would best match the customer needs. This Applications Engineer must have excellent communication skills because they will be interacting with customers on a daily base.

Requirements for this Applications Engineer:
*BSME
*Autocad, Solidworks
*CNC Programming experience
*Experience working as a liaison between Sales, Engineering and the customer.
* Ability to travel
