Malden
Eliot Community Human Services' In Home Therapy Program is currently seeking an Assistant Program Director.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in all aspects of the operations of the In-Home Therapy Program.
Meet with Clinicians and Case Managers on a weekly basis for team and individual supervision. Assure that all supervision is documented and on file for review by MCE during site reviews or upon request. Assure that supervision notes contain at a minimum: information regarding frequency of supervision, format of supervision, content of areas discussed and supervisor’s signature.
Oversee and provide direction on high risk cases. Review each case for level of risk and guide Team Members on best practices, quality assurance and risk management.
Participate in external meetings as a key representative of Eliot IHT, including but not limited to; the System-of-Care, MCE’s meetings, CBHI Leadership and Family Advisory Council.
Provide direct service for assigned families and consistently meet
Requirements
Qualifications:
Qualifications: Must possess a minimum of a Masters Degree in a mental health field with five (5) years of supervisory or management experience. Must possess a LICSW or LMHC license. Experience managing a home based or wrap around program is preferred. Must have at least five (5) years post graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families. Must be certified in the Massachusetts CANS. May need to be available on weekends to respond, both by phone and in person, to emergencies.
