LSS Data Systems, a growing Eden Prairie, MN medical software company and MEDITECH subsidiary, is looking for a dedicated, hard-working and driven individual to join our Billing Products Division in our Minnetonka, MN location.  The purpose of this position is to manage the front-line customer support and foster a positive relationship with our customers.

The ideal candidate would have experience in the field of software support, exhibit exemplary customer service skills, be bright and motivated, energetic and enthusiastic, and have an ability to quickly learn complex software applications. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment is a must.  A four-year degree or commensurate experience in the health care industry is required.  Experience in a physician practice is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

∙           Provide account management for existing customers

∙           Serve as an active resource for customers and coworkers

∙           Identify, research, and resolve customer issues, typically via email and phone support

∙           Thoroughly document progress toward issue resolution

∙           Assist in the implementation of new software for existing customers

∙           Perform audits of customer systems

∙           Provide training for customers and staff

∙           Attend post-live visits at customer sites

∙           Other duties as assigned by supervisor
