Health Care Information Systems is seeking an experienced systems developer to maintain and enhance a critical and complex telecommunications facilities management and toll system. Duties include providing system administration and application support for cable, plant, inventory, toll processing, and reporting; managing the monthly cycle processing and toll imports from vendors and the telecommunications switch; providing system administration and application support for an enterprise-wide work order ticketing system; and supporting and developing related data imports, applications, and reports.  

Minimum requirements including a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems and applications development experience (typically 5-7 years). Also requires experience with PERL, VB Script, JavaScript, HTML, ASP, ASP.NET, SQL, TSQL, MS Excel, Access, and Crystal Reports; and systems experience with Windows Server, Linux, IIS, Apache, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, and LDAP. Knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure, including cabling, tracking, TCP/IP protocol and routing, network switching devices, and telecommunications equipment is highly desirable. The successful candidate must have a strong knowledge of databases; be able to work independently; manage projects; effectively communicate with stakeholders, and have a proven ability to multitask.
