Seeking front desk office administrator in a small dental practice with experience at multi-tasking; answering multi-line phones to register new and existing patients and triaging emergencies. Position requires proficiency in use of a dental program called (Dentrix). It involves greeting all vistors to the office, checking patients out, and posting procedures in to leadures.


 


Your duties include scheduling patients, filing insurance, making financial arrangements, handling sales reps, etc. An excellent knowledge of Dentrix software is a plus as is excellent grammar and telephone and interpersonal and communication skills.  Prior medical or dental  office is a plus.
