Personal Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is truly team oriented and self-motivated; someone who is weary of working like a machine and for a machine.  Sure, there are “those” kind of days, but we offer a fun, “non-corporate” atmosphere but more importantly, here at Curry Architects, you really can make a difference in yourself and in your workplace.  If you’re just looking for the proverbial “I’ll take any job”….not only will you disappoint us, but we will disappoint you.  Quite candidly, we are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to work hard, but is also is looking for a real career as they take the next step; no longer with an intern mindset, someone who, given the right mix of project and guidance, can excel and take on increasing responsibilities with decreasing supervision as they work under and provide support to the Senior Project Manager. The Assistant Project Manager will be someone who is a strong designer with presentation skills to match but can also put together the majority of a CD set together as part of a team.

Technical Requirements:

• Adept Google Sketch Up presentation skills
• Adobe Photoshop presentation skills
• AutoCAD construction/working drawing quality (not Micro Station…sorry)
• Professional Architecture Degree
• 5 to 7 years continuous experience (one firm) with increasing commercial responsibility
• LEED AP a plus!
• Outgoing and positive personality (life’s way too short for negativity)
