H2M a multidiscipline architectural, engineering, environmental consulting firm is currently seeking a highly skilled Architect to become a key member of our New Jersey Studio in the Parsippany, NJ office.

Responsibilities include:

·         Direct interaction and communication with clients, consultants and contractors in support and coordination of all project activities.

·         Project management and supervision from inception to completion including project coordination between design team members and other disciplines.

·         Responsible for all aspects of project financial performance including meeting deadlines, budget management and staff utilization.

·         Preparation of technical proposals and cost estimates.

·         Mentoring and supervising junior staff.

·         Production and scheduling, quality control, standardization and technology implementation as and when required.

Ideal candidate will possess the following:

·         15+ years of architectural design and consulting experience with the ability to oversee all technical, financial and administrative aspects of design and construction projects.

·         Superior client management skills with the ability to cultivate existing and new clients, and grow business relationships and opportunities.

·         Demonstrated leadership skills, team coordination and successful project management experience.

·         A self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills and can work well in a team environment.

·         Possess strong project financial and core business management skills with proven ability to grow a profitable business unit.

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities, provide direction and mentor junior staff, and lead multidiscipline teams.

·         RA License required.
