AREA MANAGER - JANITORIAL MAINTENANCE
Diversified Maintenance is seeking an experience Area Manager for industrial worksites. We are a growing company and need great people to join our team!
The candidates will be responsible for budget control, customer satisfaction, payroll, managing sites and to assume new duties as they occur. Candidates must supervise the work of cleaning crews with duties, including but not limited to; cleaning facility, trash removal, cleaning bathrooms, mopping, and sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and operating necessary equipment.
All applicants must be authorized to be able to work in the United States (using E Verify system) and have a clean criminal background.
Requirements: Prior supervisory experience (supervisory position), cleaning experience and high school diploma of equivalency. Reliable and trustworthy, able to work in a team but handle tasks independently, problem solver and a have customer service attitude. Able to lift objects that exceed 25 lbs, and carry objects weighing up to 10 lbs. Knowledge and experience operating floor equipment.
