The Role

Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers seeks an experienced, results-oriented leader to own the role of Area Manager for our Lake Worth, Texas sale site which serves Arkansas, Oklahoma, and the state of Texas from Austin north.  The Area Manager will lead the sale site team and be responsible and accountable for the operation and profitability of the sale site.

The Lake Worth sale site is 118 acres in total, with new auction and check-in facilities being built on the existing property and scheduled to open in 2010.   The sale site generated in excess of $220 million last year and is run by a core staff of 12-15 in operations and 11 in sales.  The site hosts five 3-day sales and 1 offsite sale per year.
