Our client is looking to expand their Area Sales Director team in the Phoenix area. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of approx. 10 well experienced sales managers.  Your job will be to motivate, train, acknowledge success, and provide direction to your team on a daily basis. 

The ideal candidate will:

-          Have a proven track record of sales success in a business to business environment

-          Have the “Hunter” mentality in sales

-          Experience in managing high performing sales and operational teams

-          Proven track record of sales management and team building

-          Have a background of strong sales training

-          Ability to prepare budgets and demonstrate clear understanding of P&L

-          Great communications skills and a history of building strong professional relationships.

-          Motivated and competitive
