As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for managing a team of Account Executives; and assisting their efforts of promoting sales, increasing market share by introducing company products as business solutions, and providing account management services.

Responsibilities of the Sales Manager also include:
*Managing a team of 6 to 8 Account Executives to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
*Participating in trade shows, exhibits, open houses, and product demonstrations, promoting company image and products.

Qualified candidates will have:
*Bachelors degree, or related work experience.
*5 or more years business-to-business selling experience within the office products industry.
*2 or more years management experience within the office products industry.
*Superior knowledge of sales techniques including cold-calling, networking, lead generation, all with the ability to capture and close the deal.
