Area Sales Manager

Description:
Position Summary:
Primary responsibility is to promote and grow the Diamond reflections line in Lowes home improvement stores, while capturing market share from existing competitors. The sales for this product will be gained through: product and sales training, competitive analysis, computer design program training.

Accountabilities:
oGrow Diamond Reflections sales of Lowes in designated territory
oTrain and become mentors for new Lowes designers
oBuild relationships and generate sales from existing designers.
oAssist Designers in closing store sales.
oManage sales visits - seeing all stores every 3-4 weeks
oIssue resolution for unsatisfied customers
oReceiving product in new stores and existing stores - lift 40 lbs.

Qualifications:
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
oExcellent interpersonal skills
oStrong written and verbal communication skills
oKitchen design experience
o20/20 program experience
oOutgoing driven personality
oLarge home center experience
oSales skills and background
oComputer skills
oKnowledge of the cabinet industry

Education Requirements:
Completed degrees/diplomas are required
Business, Marketing or Design degrees would be an advantage

Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience
