Employment Plus is GROWING and we are in search of a motivated sales manager to join our team and help manage an area while expanding our business in the Greenwood, IN market.

The Area Sales Manager will sell high volume staffing to businesses and manage client accounts.  Area Sales Managers are responsible for their personal sales management, as well as the performance and development of their direct reports, while controlling expenses and P&L to meet budget guidelines.

Job Requirements

·         3+ years of experience in outside B2B sales and business development is required.

·         2+ years of management experience is required.

·         Experience in the temporary staffing industry is preferred.

·         Strong personal sales ability, including objection management and closing skills.

·         Will be responsible for managing 1-3 branches.

·         Needs to be customer focused with a sense of urgency.

·         High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred.

·         Must be willing to take on this start-up market.
