Overview:

MobileBehavior, an Omnicom Company, is searching for an accomplished and highly motivated marketing professional to lead our account teams globally. The ideal candidate is a born leader who has mastered the disciplines of digital, mobile and integrated marketing.

This position requires at least 5 years experience operating in relevant leadership capacity at an interactive agency or consulting firm. Candidates must have a proven history of applying insightful strategy development and exceptional management skill to client work. Passion for brands, technology, business, innovation, people, measurement, success, and collaboration is paramount. The successful candidate will possess a unique ability to identify or create “the next great thing” for our clients and have the natural ability to guide them and our growing team down its path.

Responsibilities:

This position has two distinct areas of responsibility designed to work collaboratively to accelerate the growth of 1) our clients 2) our agency.

Client-Facing
MB has a unique opportunity to grow business for a key wireless carrier client and to expand services our agency provides as client AOR.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading the team as the expert marketing partner within the client’s organization.
• Acting as overall client and inter-agency marketing owner and plan leader for specific products and services.
• Creating compelling customer value propositions, product marketing strategy, and marketing communications plans.
• Using strong communication skills to build effective relationships.
• Driving a mix of consultative marketing services and sales, with clear focus on retaining subscribers and growing business for this specific client team dedicated to the youth consumer segment.
• Collaborating on common goals with client internal product, marketing, media and advertising teams, as well as each of their respective external alliance partners, agencies and other vendors.
• Further integrating our suite of digital, interactive and mobile solutions and services.
• Developing, implementing, managing customer learning plan and strategy recommendation process; identifying needs and resources.
• Developing customer benefit/value proposition roadmap to guide product, solution, technology and information process for service.
• Leading branding development and integration with overall client brand team activity, as needed.
• Leading development of communication strategy and messaging plans.
• Developing and leading measurement and metrics plan, product roadmap, etc. as needed.
• Working with our client team as the Client Engagement Lead to build relationships and grow a new business pipeline within the client's organization.

Agency-Facing
Our agency is growing rapidly in terms of consumer insight development, consideration of emerging technologies, ability to master relevant enablers, and scope of services. We have blended many traditional product and marketing functions to offer our clients competencies that modern business environments in open worlds require – thus requiring this position to also lead and help evolve our current team as we embed new and experienced thinkers at the center of our operation.

Responsibilities include:
• Leading our teams in developing and implementing project strategy and architecture around our innovative solutions and services.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and communication flow as relates to production and the internal project team.
• Scoping and managing risk that accurately identifies and assesses scope changes and their impact to the schedule and budget.
• Working with team leads to define and document the overall scope of internal projects.

Qualifications:

• Degree is in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of demonstrated track record of developing client relationships - strong client references are necessary
• Strong knowledge or experience in marketing and advertising, with particular emphasis on interactive media, direct marketing, strategy and analytics
• Creative thinking and analytical problem solving
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Track record of leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities
• Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines
• Sound business acumen; strategic skills; common sense
• Ability to lead a team effectively and provide direction to other members on the team
• Strong negotiation skills
• Industry experience with digital transformation solutions
• Demonstrated prowess in all MS Office programs
