RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Act as in-house Art Director for BCBG Max Azria Group, managing all brands in the company’s portfolio, including BCBG Max Azria, BCBGirls, BCBG//Attitude, To The Max, Parallel, and Herve Leger

·        Oversee Creative Department, including graphic designers for print and web

·        Oversee all graphic design projects, including design and layout of: catalogs, direct mail pieces, collateral, stationary, packaging, logos and symbols, websites, mass emails, and much more

·        Ensure timelines are met and projects are brand appropriate

·        Partner with internal and external teams to plan and produce all photo shoots

·        Produce and art direct applicable photo shoots

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Must excel at managing a team and meeting tight deadlines

·        Minimum 10 years graphic design experience and 5 years art directing experience

·        Minimum 5 years of experience within fashion

·        Must have extensive experience in creating concepts and producing photo shoots

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

·        Bachelor’s Degree
