RedStone Construction Group is seeking individual to oversee and supervise a parking lot paving crew. This is generally a 6 man crew and the individual must be a working hands on type manager. This crew uses  a Lee Boy paver on parking lots and street ranging in size from 50 to 3000 tons. We perform patching and repair, overlay, new paving on base. Very little if any travel and is all within the state of Arkansas, most all work done in Central Arkansas Area. Must be familiar with grade, reading plans, drainage, principles of asphalt construction and production. Must be able to schedule the day to day operations verifying time cards, material production, budgets, monitor man hour and material usage.

Our company specializes in Earth Work,  Paving, Concrete, Drainage and Light Building Construction. Customer base is Municipal, State and Private Clients  such as Property Managers, Developers, Industrial accounts and the AHTD.

This is a demanding job which requires extreme dedication to ensure timely and quality paving projects

Must be able to work at least 50 -60 hours per week with some weekends. Signficant amount of time off in winter months. This is a salaried position and includes insuarance, retirement, bonus's.
