Asset Manager Analyst Needed for Large Telecom Client!
Our Herndon, VA telecom client is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to work on an ongoing hardware and software Asset Management inventory tracking project. Candidate will be tagging and tracking all corporate IT assets. Other duties will include tracking asset information in Remedy database, keeping accurate logs of all incoming and outgoing packages/delivers to resolve any disputes & ensure compliance, being responsible for the secure storage of IT assets not deployed and keeping organized, and creating spreadsheets for disposal of retired assets. Candidate will also be preparing Remedy reports on a daily basis for tracking computer assets and movement. Required skills include 2 to 3 years experience with IT Asset Management, Remedy Asset Manager software, MS Excel and Outlook, and excellent customer service skills. Candidate must have ability to travel up to 30% of time to various locations to perform annual physical inventories of computer assets.
