About the Job
TDECU, a 1.4 billion dollar credit union and continuing to grow, is seeking a positive people oriented Assistant Branch Manager to join our team of professionals in a challenging yet REAL environment to assist in leading our Port Lavaca Branch in providing exceptional service to our members.
The position will require the ability to perform job functions such as:
Under the direction of the Branch Manager, functions as Assistant Manager of the Member Service Group at designated location; manages, monitors, and integrates strategic and tactical plans, implementation plans, and business fundamentals into daily management processes. Assists in the supervision of an office for certain day-to-day activities. Ensures that customer services are provided, including opening accounts, providing customers with information, and resolving routine financial problems for customers; assists in sales development activities. Confers and participates with the branch manager in resolving routine personnel issues. Supervises all branch operations in the absence of the branch manager. Assists the manager in the coordination of branch activities with other branches. Performs according to REAL standards. Performs all other duties as assigned. We are searching for experienced individuals with the following education and experience
Requires general knowledge, skills, and mental development equivalent to four degree from an accredited University. 1 to 3 years experience and / or training in member /customer service and management required Previous experience in the financial industry advantageous. Previous supervisory/managerial experience required.
