Assistant Branch Manager
Our client, a full-service banking institution in the Seacoast Area, strives to deliver an exceptionally high level of personal attention and customer service that will change the way people think about banking. We are currently looking for the right candidate to offer their banking experience and expertise in combination with great customer service, eagerness to develop new business and to help lead our team as Assistant Branch Manager.
Requirements:
· Supervise branch personnel; Assist in the selection, training, supervision, and evaluation of branch personnel
· Ability to assume the responsibilities of Branch Manager in the his/her absence
· Experience and knowledge of loan applications, bank products, customer service and resolution
· Comfort and experience in assisting bank customers with strategic decisions and offering new solutions and products, and maximizing customer satisfaction
· New business development and opening new accounts
· Minimum 2 years banking experience in a supervisory role
