Position Summary:           

Supervises the general accounting function, payroll, finished product inventory management and wheel shipments.  Participates in the preparation of timely, accurate, and informative financial reports and statistics.  Must be able to communicate effectively in an effort to maintain high morale, motivation, and productivity.

Minimum Qualifications:

This position requires a bachelors degree related to accounting at a minimum, with strong accounting skills.  Minimum of three years general ledger and/or cost accounting experience.  Supervisory experience is required.  Must display a strong working knowledge of fully integrated ERP systems and financial packages.   A proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on excel is required. Experience in report writing, cost accounting, variance analysis and annual budget experience.

Experience in manufacturing environment with ability to work with management on cost reduction and analysis.
