We are currently assisting one of our area clients in the search for a qualified Assistant Controller for a growing local company.

Duties Include:

• Monthly close including review of General Ledger for appropriate accruals and General Ledger entries


• Monthly consolidation of income statement and quarterly consolidation of income statement, balance sheets, and statement of cash flow


• Completion of schedules required for quarterly analysis for the CFO, including other schedules required for the 10-Q and 10-K


• Review of the monthly/quarterly variance from budgets

• Master's degree in Accounting is preferred


• Active CPA designation is highly desired


• 3+ years of professional experience in both private and public accounting
