Assistant Controller

Silver Moon Creations, Inc is a wholesale fashion accessories company based in Orlando, FL. We are seeking an organized, efficient, multi-tasking individual who has a minimum of 3-5 years bookkeeping experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Navision as well as being well acquainted with Microsoft Office Suite. This position will be responsible for the following.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Invoicing / Accounts Receivable responsibilities, with a focus on billing.
2. Act as backup to the Controller as needed.
3. Accounts Payable responsibilities.
4. Review Vendor Invoices.
5. Project Management as needed.
6. Under direct supervision of Controller, handle Financial Statements / Accounting including but not limited to the following:

·         End of Month Journal Entries

·          Bank Reconciliation

·         Cash Projections

·         Financial Statement Review and Analysis

·         Close Out Month

·         Accrual to Cash Analysis

·         Preparation of Annual Budget

Requirements  

• Substantial Knowledge of Navision


• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel


• Basic knowledge of Outlook


• Include past salary history and references
