Stable and growing company south of Eugene seeks an Assistant Controller. The Assistant Controller will supervise a staff of 4 and oversee the month-end close process. The Assistant Controller will also be involved in budgeting and forecasting. There is potential to grow into the Controller role. The salary range for this position is $80k-$90k, plus 10% bonus. Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, CPA/MBA preferred. Must have 5+ years of accounting and finance experience, including at least 3 years managing a team. Some large company experience required.
