Assistant Corporate Controller
Job Description
The Corporate Accounting and Reporting function drives the overall accounting operation and provides the historical accounting information necessary for measurement, accountability and both internal and external financial reporting. This team includes: 1) corporate accounting encompassing general/international accounting, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, accrued liabilities, sales & use tax accounting, debt and equity; 2) manufacturing cost accounting; 3) external reporting of SEC required documents and SOX compliance program management; and 4) credit and collections. Reporting to the VP Finance & Corporate Controller, the Assistant Controller provides the leadership to the corporate accounting team and partners with the other members of the Corporate Accounting and Reporting team to provide reliable and timely financial data and information to the organization. This role also frequently interfaces with non-financial leadership of other functional organizations of the Company, such as Sales, Human Resources, Purchasing, Facilities and Information Technology.

Job Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience including at least 3 years of SEC Reporting Management experience, • CPA • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • Strong communication skills and the ability to craft and present an argument in written and oral form • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Well-organized, detail-oriented and strong analytical skills. • Ability to plan, schedule, and organize work independently • Knowledge of large ERP systems • Solid Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
