Description/Purpose of Position:
Responsible for the collection management of all CBO Accounts Receivables from third party payers.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Four-year college degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other applicable degree program. An equivalent amount of work experience may be substituted for four-year degree.
Experience:
Five years experience in a leadership position in the healthcare industry.
Technical Skills:
Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and patient accounting system.
License/Certification:
None
Other:
Successful record of accomplishment in strategic A/R reduction. Experience in working with Managed Care programs.
