Job Summary: The Assistant Director of Franchise Development will be responsible for the execution of Healthcare Funding Solutions asset management strategy, including, but not limited to, implementing specific asset strategies in franchises, auditing collection performance, and enforcing asset collection parameters. The Assistant Director will also be responsible for achieving the overall goals and objectives established for Healthcare Funding Solutions, LLC. These established goals and objectives are directly linked to the HFS 3-year Financial Plan (2009 thru 2011) and the Collect America strategic goals. This is a fast paced environment which requires an individual with a proven ability to multi-task and the ability to handle stressful and tight deadlines.
Essential Functions:
· Franchise and Collector Training: Continuous implementation and training of all franchises and their respective managers and collectors.
· Enforcement of Healthcare Funding Solutions Policies and Procedures: Implement, audit and enforce all of Healthcare Funding Solutions policies and procedures at the franchise level.
· Franchise Profitability Support: Support and advise the franchises as to methodologies and strategies whereby their respective franchise can become profitable or increase profitability and successfully remain a long term Healthcare Funding Solutions franchise.
· Provide the Interface between Franchise and Healthcare Funding Solutions: Actively support and make available to their respective franchises all the resources of Healthcare Funding Solutions.
· Business Plan: With the franchisee, develop and maintain, as necessary, a business plan for each franchise.
· Audit Collection Work at the Collector Level: As a part of each visit to any franchise, supervise and audit active collection work and provide the franchisee with a report as to any and all finds and methods whereby the general and specific collection work can be improved.
· Monthly Evaluation Reports: Provide Healthcare Funding Solutions management with a monthly written evaluation and progress report as each franchise under their supervision, including therein any and all observations and perceived trends.
Additional Duties:
Evaluate and Assess all Asset and Operating audits, problem area or under-performing Portfolios. Respond, in writing to each asset or performance audit or any reported areas of concern of any of their respective franchises or any under-performing portfolio or asset pool assigned to their respective franchisees, including therein specific plans to attack and correct any and all problems.
Travel to Franchise and Outside Agencies will be required as necessary. Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
Education/Skills/Experience:
· Qualified candidates will have 5-7 years of collection industry experience, specifically managing or directing a collection floor.
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in Outlook and Excel required
