SUMMARY
To assist in planning, organization, and direction of the work activities within the Housekeeping Department In order to maintain the standards and operating efficiency.
DUTIES
• Provides leadership and guidance to employees and supervisors.
• Assists with work schedules.
• Provides full knowledge of contract requirements.
• Provides superior oral and written communication skills.
• Provides proficient computer skills.
• Provides education and training of aseptic cleaning skills.
• Administers positive discipline as needed to employees.
• Provides excellent resource management.
REQUIREMENTS
o 1 year of prior Hospital Housekeeping service within the last three years.
AND
o Certification (current) through IEHA (International Executive Housekeepers Association.
