Position Summary: The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the management of the entire store operation. They will lead the management team to ensure execution of corporate objectives and initiatives, as well as achieving the store process and result goals. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for customer and associate satisfaction, brand standards, and profitability. The Assistant General Manager will select, develop and effectively lead a diverse, high performing team.
