· Assist General Manager in leading yard and office staff to achieve goals
· Lead, train and develop team members
· Provide excellent service to Copart customers
· Manage day-to-day operations of high-volume business
· Track and manage budgets
· Provide hands-on support to team

Job Requirements:
· 2 years progressive management experience preferably in inventory, logistics or automotive operations
· Previous budget and financial responsibility
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proven leadership and staff development experience and skills
· Possess a valid driver’s license
· Excellent organization skills, with strong attention to detail and follow up
· Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office products, databases)
· Track record for meeting goals within established timelines
· College degree or equivalent preferred
