Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM) positions available with Taco Bell restaurants in your area
Primary Duties
To manage restaurant operations at the restaurant level in accordance with the short and long-term goals of the company. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Adhere to company guest service standards.
- Ensure the restaurant team is properly trained and developed for promotional opportunities through the utilization of available training programs and materials.
- Meet the fiscal goals of the restaurant.
- Adhere to company auditing, administrative, human resource, safety and security policies and procedures.
- Implement the company’s marketing and product campaigns.
Requirements

Minimum of 1 year recent restaurant experience and a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
