Summary:

Assistant Managers & Assistant General Managers generally assume similar duties as performed by General Manager, except only accountable for unit when physically present. Overall restaurant operation!

Requirements:

-         Minimum of 2 – 5 years of restaurant management experience

-         High School or GED

-         Bilingual is a plus
