HOSPITALITY SERVICE MANAGER

Currently we are seeking applicants for a Hospitality Manager.  This position will be responsible for:

• Overseeing shift operations throughout the front of house.


• Training and development of the front of house staff.  This includes executing Perkins training program and development of certified trainers.


• Financial goals including meeting GCA and beverage percentage standards.


• Ensuring time standards for the guest’s service are met.


• Creating a customer service environment that develops loyal guests.

You must be self-driven and able to command the respect of the people you are working with.  We will provide management training, but we are looking for a person who is also self-reliant.  The ability to follow through to completion and keep up standards perpetually is very import to us.  Training in the production department will also take place but the focus of the position will be front of the house.
